Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center is located approximately 10 miles east of Toledo, Ohio, on the shore of Lake Erie.

Lodging Information

To receive the conference lodging rates, individuals must call the reservation line at 1-800-282-7275 to reserve a room under the Ohio SOPHE Health Educators' Institute 2026 block (group code: OSHEI2901) until September 11, 2026, or until the block is full.

Room rates:

• $149.00/night (2 queens)
• The block includes a limited number of accessible rooms.
• A deposit of the first night’s room, taxes, and fees are due at the time the reservation is made.
• Room deposit remains fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival.
• Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 7.75% sales tax and 10% lodging tax totaling 17.75%) or the 3% beautification fee. Taxes and fees shall appear as separate charges on each reservation folio and are subject to change.
• Tax-exempt attendees must pay with a company credit card or mail a company check and provide a printed certificate of tax exemption upon checking into the conference.
• Reservations requested after the block release date are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
