2026 HEI Registration Information 

Who Should Attend?

The Health Educators' Institute (HEI) draws community and public health organizations and professionals, wellness program managers, public health students, school health educators, prevention professionals, community health workers, academic researchers, university and college instructors, and public health agency administrators.

Registration Rates:

*Full conference only

Registration can be completed at: 2026 Health Educator's Institute.

Important Registration Instructions: 

Ohio SOPHE encourages all participants to register and pay online to avoid errors and streamline efforts.
Your membership status must be "active" to receive the member rate. 

To receive the student rate, individuals must be enrolled at an Ohio college or university and not professionally employed. 

You can view your membership status by logging into the member area section of the Ohio SOPHE website.  You can also reach out to Brandon Horton (membership@ohiosophe.org) prior to registering for the conference. You may join Ohio SOPHE as a 2026 member prior to registering for HEI to receive the member registration rate.  Membership dues have to be paid in full prior to registering for the conference. 

• Cancellations on or before September 25, 2026 (9/25/26), will receive a 50% refund.
• Registrations may be transferred to another individual prior to 10/5/2026.
