National ASK Campaign Raises Awareness About Child Safety and Gun Violence
Gun violence is a Public Health issue impacting Americans across the country. Fortunately, there are things we can start doing today to help reduce the risk of gun injury and death in our homes and communities.
The ASK — Asking Saves Kids — Campaign, a collaboration between the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence and the American Academy of Pediatrics, is one such solution. ASK promotes a simple idea with the potential to help keep kids safe — it encourages parents to ask, “Is there an unlocked gun where my child plays?”
Help raise awareness of this lifesaving issue by sharing the ASK message. Visit the ASK website for sample social media posts and other helpful resources.
