Ohio SOPHE is a CHES/MCHES credentialing provider. Requests for CHES/MCHES continuing education application information should be made to Ruth Dudding by clicking HERE. OSOPHE continuing education chair, well in advance of the event.
The professional development portion of our Quarterly meetings usually is from 10:00-12:00, with lunch afterwards, and then our OSOHPE business meeting is from 1:00-2:00. Members and nonmembers are welcome. Members receive a discounted rate for CHES credits. At our quarterly meetings, annual HEI conference and other events, CHES credits are $2 each for members and $5 for non members.

Did you know that National SOPHE offers a "Journal Self Study" for CHES credits?
Each bi-monthly issue of Health Promotion Practice features two self-study articles. Each article is worth up to 2.0 Category I continuing education contact hours for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES). HPP self-study articles are valid up to one year after the issue date and self-study tests can be found HERE.
